The Story
Surrey is home to one of the fastest-growing Muslim communities in Canada. For years, Masjid Anwar-e-Madina has served that community faithfully — the adhan called, the saff filled, the doors open. And its land, in the centre of one of British Columbia’s fastest-rising city cores, can serve it even more.
The vision is a landmark: a renewed Masjid Anwar-e-Madina at the base of a high-rise tower, with rental homes rising above it — from short-term stays to long-term life-lease residences. Pray Fajr downstairs. Live your life upstairs. The masjid doesn’t sit beside this community — it holds it up.
Anwar-e-Madina brings the land and the people. Tawakkul brings the capital, the development capability, and a Shariah-certified structure endorsed by formal Fatwa.
